Who we are

Keenbridge is an outbound agency. We contact businesses about services that may be relevant to them, on our own behalf or introducing a client. Contact us at hello@keenbridgehq.com.

What we hold and where it comes from

Business contact details: a person's name, job title, work email address and employer. We take them from public sources such as company websites, professional profiles and public registers, and from business data providers. We also keep the emails we exchange with you.

Why we use it

To send a small number of relevant business emails to people in roles that relate to what we or our client offer. Under UK GDPR our basis is legitimate interest: B2B outreach that a person in that role could reasonably expect. We write to companies, not to sole traders, and we don't send to people in Germany or the rest of the EU.

Your choices

• Opt out: reply "no" (or "remove") to any email, or write to hello@keenbridgehq.com. We stop at once and delete your details, keeping only what we need to make sure we don't contact you again.
• Access or erase: ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at the same address.
• Complain: in the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

How long we keep it

We delete contact details we haven't used for 12 months, and at once when you ask.
